What goes best with chicken strips?

Bruschetta pasta with chicken strips

Somehow I am starting to get a little uncomfortable about not getting enough of Italian cuisine. But it just belongs to my declared favorite kitchens. And if you asked me about my Italian top ten, Bruschetta, the antipasti classic, would definitely be among them.

Bruschetta also goes so wonderfully in the summer because it tastes light and very refreshing. The fact that many, many basil leaves are used in it alone makes it one of my favorites. I love freshly smelling basil.

HOW I COME ABOUT THE BRUSCHETTA PASTA WITH CHICKEN STRIPS

A few weeks ago, in the heat of the summer of the century, I exchanged ideas with a friend about summer recipes. She told me that she likes to combine the classic bruschetta tomato topping with pasta and that this has long been part of her personal, summery cooking repertoire. I was immediately hooked and my mouth watered directly.

ROASTED CHICKEN MEAT IS THE DOTS OF THIS PASTA

We thought about which icing on the cake you could miss this already delicious combination and came up with crispy fried chicken. I tried our idea the next day and the result was my variant of bruschetta pasta with chicken strips. I tore up the juicy, tender chicken with two forks so that it can be rolled up or skewered with the pasta.

BRUSCHETTA TASTES BEST WITH SUN-RIPE TOMATOES

My bruschetta pasta with chicken strips is quick to make and a wonderful, refreshingly light meal for hot summer days. It is once again the absolute proof of how happy and satisfied simple dishes can be made with good ingredients. The pasta with chicken strips is particularly tasty when we can buy local tomatoes and the tomatoes are in season. By the way, it goes from July to October. If the sun is well disposed towards the tomatoes during this time, then they are the most aromatic in terms of taste.

If you're in the mood for pasta with tomatoes, why not try mine Pasta with grilled cherry tomatoes and pecorino cheese.
