We take for 500g peanut butter:

  • 450g peanuts
  • ΒΌ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil

The preparation is really very simple. You put all the ingredients in a blender and mix it vigorously until a fine cream is created.

Filled in screw jars, the homemade peanut butter will keep for up to 4 weeks. It's best to keep them in the refrigerator.
